Gilley rocked in Obedience

Our final Products4Pets-hosted CDSP Obedience trials for 2017 are in the books and Gilley can now add her first obedience title to her name – she earned her CD-C (CDSP Novice Obedience) this morning! 3 Qs in just 3 runs with scores that got better through the weekend – her scores were 189, 191.5, and 191. 5 (4th place) and 3 Qs means she took the Recall Over the Bar Jump 3 times! I was so pleased with how she worked overall.

We finished the weekend with a 4th run and move up to the C class (working towards a Novice Championship). We were working on a 198 score when she got distracted on the last exercise (yes, the recall over the bar) and didn’t come on the first command and then went around it when she did come. 🙁 Her heeling was perfect, though, and she did an awesome stand for exam. So much hope for this little girl as we continue to get together as a team.
